How to unlock exams?
When you have completed all 20 lessons and Live practice sessions (and the three Mid-course tests) that make up your Chatterbox course, you will unlock the Practice Exam and Final Exam.
Practice Exam
The main purpose of the Practice Exam is to prepare you for the Final Exam. It is not mandatory, but we strongly urge you to take it. Why? Because this is your last chance before the Final Exam to review everything you have learned during the course and to boost your chances of passing with flying colours! Similar to the Mid-course tests, the Practice Exam tests your reading, listening and writing skills. In addition, you will have the opportunity to practise your speaking skills with your language coach during your last lesson (Lesson 20). You can repeat the Practice Exam as many times as you wish.
Final Exam
The Final Exam is the last step in completing your Chatterbox course. It tests you on the four core language skills: reading, listening, speaking and writing. You are only able to take the Final Exam once. The passing grade is 75% in each skill.
