Who Is the Language Helper?
Your Language Helper is your personal study mentor — and definitely not a bot.
They are trained linguists whose role is to support and guide you throughout your learning journey. Think of them as your go-to expert for language questions outside your Live Practice sessions.
What Does the Language Helper Do?
Each course has a dedicated Language Helper that you can message via chat at any time.
They can help you with:
Grammar questions
Vocabulary clarification
Writing support and feedback
Explanations of tricky language points
Extra practice materials (videos, podcasts, articles, music recommendations, etc.)
Study advice if you’re feeling stuck
You can expect a reply within 24 hours during the weekdays.
Mid-Course Test Feedback
Your Language Helper also:
Reviews your mid-course tests
Provides personalised written feedback
Suggests targeted revision activities
This helps you clearly understand your progress and prepare confidently for your Practice Exam and Final Exam.
How Language Helpers Work With Coaches
Your Language Coach and Language Helper work as a team.
If during a Live Practice you ask to review a specific grammar point or need extra support, your coach can coordinate with the Language Helper to provide additional resources. You can also message the Language Helper directly via the chat yourself at any time.
Why This Matters
In a world where many chat supports are automated, your Language Helper offers something different:
✔ Real human interaction
✔ Personalised 1:1 guidance
✔ Expert linguistic knowledge
✔ Ongoing encouragement
You are never learning alone. You can reach out to your Language Helper anytime through the chat page with questions about vocabulary, grammar, or the course content. They’ll always aim to respond within 24 hours, and you’ll get an email notification once they reply.
