What is the progress bar?

There are two types of progress bars:

1. The lesson progress bar

This shows you what percentage of your current lesson you have completed and can be found in the Study Area. Always aim to complete 100% of each lesson, which includes the review stage that gives your memory time to consolidate what you have learned. We understand that this is not always possible, so we recommend completing at least 70% of each lesson before meeting with your coach in order to have a productive Live Practice. However, don't wait until you achieve 70% completion before booking your session - having a booking will help keep you motivated to study!

2. The lesson assignment progress bar

Each lesson is made up of assignments that need to be completed (=100%). You can measure your progress in each one by looking at the assignment’s status in the Study Area:

  • [Start] - You have not started the assignment.
  • [Continue] - You have started the assignment and have more to learn.
  • [CONTINUE IN HH:MM] - You need to take a study break to absorb all of that knowledge. Continue when the timer reaches zero!
  • [Review] - You have reached 100% progress and have completed the assignment.

How do I reach my 100% target?

To complete 100% of a lesson, we estimate that you’ll need to study for at least 15-20 minutes per day. Cerego is designed to prevent cramming, but getting into a routine of studying a little bit every day will enable you to reach that 100% goal.
