At Chatterbox, you can tailor your course to suit your needs by booking, rescheduling or cancelling Live Practices based on your personal schedule so that you can fit your language learning into your everyday life.
Booking
You can book by simply going to your Bookings page and booking a session.

Rescheduling a single Live Practice
If you would like to reschedule a Live Practice you must do so at least 24 hours before the session is due to start. Otherwise, you will lose your credit and the session will be cancelled. You can schedule a new appointment with a minimum of 48h notice from the day of the rescheduling.
Managing a single Live Practice (Reschedule, Cancel, Add to Calendar)
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a Live Practice, you must also do this at least 24 hours before the session is due to start. Otherwise, you will lose your credit for this session and the following Live Practice will be on the next lesson in the course. Read more about our cancellation policy here.
Bulk management
You can now manage more than one appointment! If you want to reschedule or cancel in bulk, select the […] icon, then the Live Practices in question, and then choose an action.
