Our study program on Chatterbox is based on the belief that building deep connections between our Coaches and learners will ultimately ensure a rich, effective and engaging learning experience. For this reason, we would encourage you, wherever possible, to book with the same Coach throughout your course of study. Once you make a booking with a specific Coach, this will be the default Coach that all future bookings will be made with unless you explicitly request to change your Coach.
However, we do also understand that this might not be the desired journey for all learners so we do provide the opportunity to change your Coach if you feel that this would benefit you.
Before you start, please note that by completing the change Coach process all future bookings you have with your original Coach will be automatically cancelled.
To change your Coach:
1. Click on the 3 dots shown above your bookings on the bookings page:
2. Next, choose the Change coach option
Following this, you will be able to review all Coach Profiles before making a new booking (this can be a single booking or multiple bookings made at the same time). As part of the process of changing Coaches, you will be asked for the reason why you want to change Coach - please don't worry, your original Coach will not see that information, we use it for internal tracking only.
