My coach is not in the Live Practice room

Why did this happen?

Our coaches are dedicated to their Live Practices, but sometimes unexpected situations arise that are beyond their control. We're really sorry if your coach wasn't able to join your session.


What should I do?

Please wait for 10 minutes in case your coach is running late. If they don’t arrive, we’ll make sure to reimburse the session—and your next Live Practice will be based on the same lesson you were scheduled for.
