My coach is not in the Live Practice room.

How could this happen?

Our coaches are very committed to their Live Practices, but, just like all of us, things sometimes come up that are outside of their control. We sincerely apologise if your coach can’t make it to your Live Practice.

What to do?

Please wait 10 minutes just in case, and if your coach doesn’t arrive then we will reimburse your Live Practice credit! Your next Live Practice will be on the same lesson - you won’t lose it.
